Thinking about how the concept of "aliens" (life, maybe with intelligence we could recognize from other planets) is this new-ish idea, that has changed so much since its inception.
I guess it goes along with understanding that other planets and solar systems exist.
But it's odd to think there was no concept of "aliens" 300 years ago... or was there??
