Only the second time I’ve had it in my life, but tinnitus _sucks_. At least this time round technology is a lot better.
I have
npub19wjzqda5e2lnzq3eq6w0z58uhxl35gj39v0v9m95lxj5784hxlpqju8n03 (npub19wj…8n03)’s Dark Noise outputting just the right low frequency via my HomePod minis, so the room is bathed in some kind of weird anti-tinnitus force field.
No idea how it works, but it does and I’m very grateful.
