So for the EC-145 we fly in the limit is 50C or 122F. Mind you the temperature on the ramp is often higher that what the weather station is reading.
Also, crew + gear + fuel eat into a ton of weight margin and you do not want to be in one of those things at max. As a team leader I will nix the medical transport as crew safety is the number 1 priority. ANY team member however is empowered to say no as well. For rotor ops its 4 to go and only one to say "No"
