We definitely think about this a lot and have been working on a p2p e-learning network for some time now, but due to the lack of funding, we just need to take it slow. But in the gist, the idea is to collect all the talks, discussions, screencasts people do at the camp and during the year and use the p2p protocol to map them together (similarly to how package.json in Node defines dependencies).
