"Have more kale". 🤣
I want to do more research into some of the claims here, such as anti-nutrients. But, this was very interesting and a lot of it makes sense from a biological/physiological standpoint. I am seriously considering changing to a "ketovore" way of eating that emphasizes meat and animal products with some fruit and a bit of vegetables. No processed anything. Will see how this goes.
