1. They can have a mentor/guild teach them or research a spell themselves, but only up to their level maximum, which is the same as their memorization amount.
2. They can use another MUs spell books through Read Magic.
But they can't transcribe from a scroll?
Doesn't this make other MUs spell books about the most valuable thing in the game?
