Perhaps this could be a new list type that defines a relay (or more) plus additional params?

A private list could just be a private relay that's configured with a set of pubkeys and pulls just those notes.

The googley eye relay, the cat picture relay, the gm relay, team relays, country relays, algo relays etc

Clients need to make it easy to browse individual relays, not just follower feeds.
