Or just a dedicated relay where you select the followers you want to have access to that relay (or invite them) and then when you post, select the relay.

Is it possible to have "private" nostr accounts where you control who can and can't follow you? I think a lot of people value that element of Instagram/Twitter/Facebook. I'd feel safer posting pics on #olas, for instance, if I knew only people I trust can see my photos.
