Put a distro called #AntiX (#debian based) on the old #netbook (atom n550 based with only 1Gb ram) & colour me Kubrick it's quite usable (I knooow) . The distro consumes only 128Mb of ram on loading. Running a variety of synced note taking apps incl Obsidian quite nicely.
I'm stunned. #reuse
