I'm in a live CLE on FinTech and we're now in a presentation on taxation and digital assets (which is surprisingly interesting, btw), but the guy sitting next to me has slumped over a bit and is snoring quietly. I guess he's not as interested in the tax implications of whether crypto is a security or property. #law #sleep #crypto
