1) looks that you miss shoulder mobility. For my feeling, the arms should be more „under the bar“ instead of heading backwards.
2) knees bending inside with last reps. I have the feeling the weight controls you a bit more then you controlling the weight
3) first rep, your feed stance is very shaky, not stable.
4) your chest looks leaning forward also quite a bit. Better to see this from the side 🙏🏽
