I didnt have any Red Bean Curd, so I subbed a little mushed Baked Beans and I also didnt have any Oyster Sauce, I subbed a little Bragg Liquid Amino plus a dash of Fish Sauce.
Also I used mild Red Wine Vinegar instead of the traditional Rice Wine Vinegar and Red Wine.
Pork Shoulder is marinading for Char Sui.
