Some of the more horrific details from court transcripts, which I am not going to repeat unless asked (and I will then spoiler them) started making the rounds on Twitter (along with the fact that the official records have apparently been deleted, on a much-accelerated timescale, so that full transcripts can no longer be obtained). It was mostly AIUI amongst non Brits who were hearing of it for the first time, and came to the attention of Musk, who amplified the signal.
At the same time, it came out that in October Jess Phillips had refused the inquest request. This came to the attention of Musk, who….
Also at the same time, it came out that Tommy Robinson is being held in very non-usual conditions (eg expectation that the whole of his sentence will be in solitary) and is not coping well. Visitors to him are being required to sign an NDA (not usual). As he was one of the first people to raise the rape gangs issue, this is being conflated into the above and came to the attention of Musk who….
Add in that when KS was DPP he allegedly blocked prosecutions, and stir.
