I saw some lovely organic cranberries at the natural foods store so I had to bring them home.
Since I've been in the mood to try new recipes I decided on lemon cranberry bars.
It was hard to get a good picture.
The bars are tart, but lots of flavor.
The colors and layers worked out. Next time I will make the cranberry layer a little bit sweeter. The crust is perfect.
Zesting lemons isn't as much fun as it sounds.
Next time they will be even better.
