I have really enjoyed my Blockstream Jade, and the Jade Plus looks quite nice. Certainly check them out. I've heard great things about Coldcard, Passport, Seed Signer (I use my Jade in stateless mode like Seed Signer).
Keep it open-source. Buy it directly from the manufacturer. Consider using air-gapped modes. IMO, learn about passphrases.
