Best open source blogging platform?

I am researching blogging platforms for my organization. It should have all (or most) of these:

* Easy to manage (i.e. web ui)
* Users' blogs should be separated (i.e. not being able to change others content)
* Users should be able to upload images
* Different subdomain for each user (bonus, but really good)
* Should be able to run in docker compose

Do you have any ideas or tips?

I think I want to use wordpress if possible, that seems like the easiest way.
