Collaborating on long term projects using Outlook is such a shit show. If I search for a collaborator in my email, it only pulls up conversations they initiated, not conversations I initiated that they responded to. I (sometimes?) have to search separately for those in Sent mail. I guess I have to be better at sorting my inbox, but... it should be searchable, right?
