There is only ONE DECENTRALIZED, HARD CAPPED digital money. That is Bitcoin. ALL others can be controlled at a centralized point . NO EXCEPTION.
The 10,000 other ones oit there are, at best, great accounting software. At worst, they are CIA frauds designed to attempt to muck up Bitcoin's reputation, ( im right on this ). Bitcoin is undoubtedly unstoppable. It has 15 straight years of unshakable proof of NEVER going down and NEVER being hacked.
