I'm going to Hungary with my dog and their rules for dog travel are certainly something:

- always leashed and muzzled (understandable)
- dogs need a full price ticket
- max of 1 dog per door, except for some buses where it's 1 dog per bus
- dogs always need to be carried in arms on escalators
- only 1 dog per person

This feels unnecessary strict and hostile towards dog owners.
