This is an important political point that I need to remind myself of over the next administration and I hope many of you will consider incorporating it into how we discuss the people who put that orange chump back into office.
The appropriate response to someone who voted for Trump to lower grocery prices suddenly discovering what a tariff is not "you are stupid" but rather "you have been lied to".
