I think the issue most of us have is the show Vikings (among a host of others) make them look like fucking bikers which is absurd, but you noted this above. It really isn't that hard to make Norse equipment look good on camera, but yet they grab shit that looks like 80s Mad Max for some odd reason that I can't figure out.
