dynamodb can and will be significantly lower next month, worked it out and s3 ended up being cheaper even with bucket encryption reaching out to KMS (which I will eventually be disabling anyway because nothing in that bucket really needs to be encrypted, it's essentially public data that was fetched by one lambda being passed to another)
i had the misconception and a bad experience of cloud being ridiculously expensive, and it is if you're logging into aws for the first time, have done no research, and absolutely no clue what you are doing, so you design your applications like absolute fucking garbage
