Not sure if it's incentive to appeal to Bitcoiner's taste (I don't especially appreciate the "Bitcointwitter" classification, beign a Bitcoiner that was never a Twitter user) or rather than that people are also Bitcoiners and therefore share part of the culture: self-sovereignty, self-reliance, mistrust for the institutions...
As I said, I can see how hard it can be to keep the feed completely free of Bitcoin content, but I think that's a phase that will come to pass and Nostr will outgrow.
