I'm glad you found it relevant! I'm definitely shifting my perspective on it. I don't think I will often use her first name, but it's nice to know it's an option when relevant.
I just can't help shaking the feeling that there are societal pressures that make it more likely for women to use their first name in politics (like Hilary, to some extent), making the "choice" for them to do so a little less than free.
But I can't say that for sure, it's just an unsettling feeling.
