Time to start some festive cooking. I’m making my signature potato salad to have with (M&S) shallot tartes tatin, and we’ll also be having Yotam Ottolenghi’s roast cabbage with lemony peas and feta. While I’m at it I’ll prepare a spice and pomegranate infusion for tomorrow’s alcohol-free lunch
