It doesn't mention the battery technology. If it's lithium, this is an environmental dumpster fire, explosive hazard, and net energy sink (have to use electricity to cool the batteries).
The only functional industrial scale battery tech I am aware of is liquid metal - two different molten metals. These have to be kept hot - which is MUCH easier than keeping lithium cool. If they freeze, they aren't ruined - just heat 'em up again.
But I keep seeing INSANE large scale lithium installations. It's like idiocracy.
