E23 appears to have something stuck in its throat. Looks like a pelt, maybe? Its been trying to swallow it for most of the morning. When Harriet was alive, she'd keep an eye out for this and pull the food out of the mouth and throat. The eaglet seems to be breathing okay, but something needs to happen. The pelt either needs to be swallowed, or one of the adults has to pull it out.
