I see people in my feed getting angry because (predictably) MSFT's AI moves have Linux enthusiasts telling people "just use Linux". And the reactions towards enthusiasts are, generally, more hostile than towards companies pushing hostile AI-driven features.
I get that "just use Linux" can be annoying and is not what people want to hear or do because it's perceived as hard, or whatever.
*But* it's so weird to me how people get angrier about clumsy good intentions vs. overtly malicious behavior.
