This is a living document that will reflect what I decide to put into the parser, so things aren't stable until much later in the process, but I want the document to be ready _to_ evolve.
The goal is to be almost entirely compatible with the implementations of mastodon and mobilizon in terms of objects, and so most elements will reflect similar decisions.
