Do you know what "necklacing" is?
It's a practice that Africans do as a form of torture, execution, or just for fun. They soak a rubber tire in gasoline, put it around their victim's head, and then set it on fire for everyone to watch. Africans value human life so little that this is entertainment to them.
"Evil" is entirely defined by deeds committed. Necklacing is such a horrific practice, such a terrible way to die, that I have no objections to calling the people who practice it evil.
I lived in Japan for a few years, and I never saw anyone set someone else's head on fire for fun. If they ever start, I'll be happy to call Japs evil too.
