Suicide by cop is when a guy deliberately creates a scene where the cops have to respond with lethal force. If you believe the cops will kill you if they talk to you, I would think you wouldn't so much as jaywalk.
I think this is a simple version of not understanding either that "don't do the crime if you can't do the time" applies to men who beat up women, or that men beating up women is a crime, even if the men involved are black trans drag queens.
