In order to force your client to use the Onion relay you need
1. Run TOR enabled browser (TOR Browser, Brave TOR Mode, Firefoex TOR about:config manually configured)
2. delete all existing relay introduce your relay first then add a second like wss://relay.primal.net and then you will start feeding your nostrRS relay as you navigate and post.
