I was just thinking about it and realized it's 10 years ago this month that Field Roast veggie sausages were banned by the CFIA from being sold in Canada (due to non compliant labeling), and none of the articles I can find about it seem to be very informative. (They were allowed back in 2015.)
I never really liked the taste of them, but I'm fascinated by stories like this, and most of the articles seem to be very surface level (quotes from the US owner, or Canada Hates Vegetarians content).
