I've come across one hosting company in the UK (some really obscure one with only a /24 in IPv4 space, so new and small company) who only buys IPv6 access via Cogent.. Cogent still don't speak to he.net so can't access any he.net IPs from that hosting provider. It's poor on the part of the hosting provider.
It's not a reason to ignore IPv6! Set it up, use it. I doubt you'll notice any problems unless your ISP is poop.
