"DEATH" is hardly spoken word and some people find it scary, lonely and the idea of loss, grieving is hard.
But...
Death in its physical term means "returning to the source" or "between death and life". It means you are returning to the place where you review what you have ought to come here on Earth and what's your next plan, where to next reincarnate and what or who to reincarnate.
Bottom line, every journey has a start and end. Death is both. End of the current lifetime and a start of a new journey.
To us who are left behind, it is always difficult to experience grief and loss. We grieve because we want to be with the person we are grieving. But the reality, we are scared to let go and move on in our journey that the person we so care will not be with us. There are more reasons this but you get the idea.
So next time you are with the people you care, do not forget to say the things you want to say with them and say it as if it is your last time with them. Living a life like this, that everything ends, it reminds you to appreciate and be grateful of those moments.
As for you, don't be scared of death. Returning to the source, to your immortality is the most unconditional experience and no words nor feelings can better explain it than experience it.
