These 2 inscriptions are at the base of the Giralda in #Sevilla. They are part of the foundation, so clearly the oldest part of a tower built in 1198 AD. However they were clearly recovered from earlier roman buildings or ruins.
One is a temple dedication, the other probably a milestone.
