tl;dr: I think this helps explain significantly different views around things like aspects of MFA, disk encryption, exposing who has accounts, etc.
And also MDM as applied to personal devices, which is great for the institution and terrible for you since now the institution controls your personal phone. Your interests couldn't be more different.
