I've had to look up several terms (I had never heard of satoshis before, for instance), so I've mainly followed nostr devs because I speak their language. And then watching the replies of prominent members has worked well so far for finding others to follow. I feel like topics will broaden over time and I've already seen that over the past few weeks.
