Yeah it’s a kind sentiment, but I am much more cautious here. America is certainly generous with humanitarian aid and we can give some level of help. But America is also broke af and doesn’t have the resources to fix everything everywhere, and that’s not a fair expectation imo. The best thing we can do for everyone’s wellbeing is achieve peace ASAP. After that Europe needs to start paying the lion’s share and America needs to recede and to focus on fixing our own growing problems.
