Interesting. To be specific, what do you eat on the most average day?
Here’s mine these days:
12pm - Protein shake with whey, almond milk, siggi’s plain skyr, ice, and small amounts cinnamon, collagen, turmeric, maca, ashwaganda, cocoa, chia/flax, also athletic greens and vitamin d pill
Snacks - 3 hard boiled / scrambled eggs or dried wasabi edamame or cold cut Turkey
5pm - whatever the gf cooks but generally something like salmon & green beans or chicken & broccoli
