A mobile provider have sent me repeated pestering emails asking me to complete a survey about why I closed the account for my dad. Given that I'd talked to their bereavement team I'd hope that they could decide not to send this type of follow-up. The survey includes questions like "which provider did you move to?" with a list of providers or "Other". No concept of "none". Plus they want me to explain my answers. I've given them low scores on their survey *because* of their survey. :(
