This is the WORST perspective of politics in the USA.
Independent voters do NOT swing elections anymore. We aren't in the damn 70's. Elections are about the number of YOUR OWN voters that actually vote.
We see dem pols complain about the "unreliable youth vote". You know why they're "unreliable", because literally the first compromise democrat politicians make is basically breaking the promises made to younger voters in order to suck up to fantasy "swing voters".
Millions, literally MILLIONS of people don't vote because of this watered down lack of representation. Why the F does someone ASK PERMISSION FROM THEIR BOSS to take a day off to vote (NOT GETTING PAID) and probably risk their job because their boss is probably a republican.
Why do all that for some guy who pretends to support them, when really, they "compromise" by breaking promises to the poor and young
