I'm not even sure there's a FOSS solution for *playing* blu-rays, but I haven't personally tried it.
There is a proprietary solution for linux, though. Worse comes worse, you could run that in a sandbox. That's what I do for Kerbal Space Program... run it with `firejail --net=none` and also block off most of the directories under my home dir.
