Justine Smithies (npub1w65…6kyw) I've noticed some newer Thinkpads have an option to select Windows Sleep Mode or Linux Sleep Mode (S3), I wonder if they found some models were inherently incompatible before they added this.
My only suggestion would be to check for this option in the BIOS somewhere, and maybe try a BIOS update, could be a bug. Good luck
