It tries to make the point why both government and the people could go along with communism. Having these beliefs somewhat illegal is not the point being made by the book. It approximated jew agenda and removed the jew, so it turned out to be complete wrong.
No white country is a real police state, UK and USA probably being the closest but soon enough they will be so incompetent they will lose the abillity to do this.
