I hate this legal battle I'm in with our landlords but that doesn't mean to say I don't know what I'm doing.
They tried to serve me papers but because I'm over here in #Nostr and not floating around on censored social media, they couldn't find me. So the stupid bastards left the papers with my bartender 🤣 🤣 🤣
This is what the courts call "improper service" so tomorrow I will file a motion to quash.
This will likely put them back months in their greedy sham of a case to force us out of our lease after 17 years so that they can charge 66% more rent.
So much for their big fancy Law Firm from LA going up against little 'ole me - they may have more money and resources than me but I'm a feisty little fucker from the North of England... there's plenty fight left in this old dog yet
