I don’t put them up permanently but I bring them out every four months and set them up in my driveway facing south to charge the system. I put my car at the top of my driveway so someone doesn’t drive down it and destroys my panels.
I was hoping to never charge my batteries with ac but I’m doing that right now because we are going to potentially get a big snow and ice storm in the next few days.
