My guess is that #Pixelfed servers will need clear governance even more than most Mastodon servers. Image/video posting is more expensive in terms of storage and bandwidth, and if Pixelfed attracts a larger share of professional accounts, the demands for stability will end up being higher. If you're starting a Pixelfed server, put funding and administrative procedures in place ASAP. If you're joining a Pixelfed server, make sure you're lending whatever support you can to the admin team.
