npub1c8hn74whjchmepyrrkufq37se40crarkf7v6zfn76sgy859gtmjsdg7ga5 (npub1c8h…7ga5) npub17pe89yh43h7n7rxg8a0aamy5teqzvqtemjc6tp4n48p5f4fx4wss6uvcm6 (npub17pe…vcm6) basically every piece of legislation that led to the AT&T breakup and also led to restrictions on who could buy/own television/radio stations has been pushed back. It isn’t just business finding new ways to reduce completion, it is also a fact that the laws have weakened and the courts have changed direction. I’m not a jurist so I can’t say if Apple has broken antitrust laws or not but on its face, many of the claims in the 88 page filing seem to be reaching at best.
