Listening more to Jack Kruse and Huberman. Love that in Fountain Pro, I can search and download the transcripts. Wanted to read in writing what he said about cold exposure. It increases the UV light that our bodies create inside. Started with the Wim Hof method and cold showers again this morning, had a pause for a couple of months, to see if I could tell the difference.
